U2 Announce ‘iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE’ 2015 Tour
U2 have today announced the dates for their ‘iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE’ tour, to commence next May. The itinerary will see the superstar rock band play indoor arenas for the first time in a decade, with 38 shows, two in each of 19 cities (four shows in the cases of Los Angeles, New York and London), and legs in North America and Europe.
The tour starts in Vancouver on May 14, and tickets for all shows go on sale next Monday (December 8). U2 are also planning special shows in Dublin for December 2015, to benefit their Music Generation project, more details of which will be announced in due course.

The tour, of course, comes on the heels of the band’s 13th studio album ‘Songs of Innocence’, which has been streamed 81 million times to date around the world and downloaded by 30 million fans. “We are going to try to have a completely different feeling from night one to night two” said Bono of the pairs of dates, “and have some fun playing with the idea of innocence and experience. More to be revealed!”
An exclusive priority presale for U2 Fan Club subscribers is available at their website, from tomorrow (December 4) at 10am until Saturday (6) at noon (all times local). Tickets will be general admission on the floor and reserved seating in the stands. In London and Glasgow, tickets will go on sale next Monday (8) at 9am, subject to per-ticket charge plus order processing fee, here.
