Aussie Trio The Buckleys Announce Their First North American Virtual Tour
The Buckleys are bringing their infectious brand of “hippe country” to North America with an orchestrated live-streamed tour.
Byron Bay natives and country trio The Buckleys have announced their first North American Virtual Tour, presented by Live Nation starting this Saturday, 4 April.
While music fans around the world are practising social distancing, The Buckleys are bringing their infectious brand of “hippe country” to North America with an orchestrated live-streamed tour that will virtually reach various cities on different dates, starting on the West Coast this Saturday.
The Buckleys, a sibling trio made up of Sarah, Lachlan and Molly Buckley, will perform different sets for each of their four tour dates which will be available for live viewing on Live Nation’s newly launched Live From Home platform as well as hosted across Live Nation and House of Blues’ regional social media channels as well as the band’s Youtube channel post live-stream.
The young group are only the second signing to Petrol Records since CM Murphy signed award-winning siblings and band of brothers, INXS in 2009. Since joining Petrol Records in 2019, the band has released two singles in Australia. The first ‘Daydream’ catapulted the trio into the limelight, scoring a No.1 single at Australian country radio, followed by the second single, ‘I’m Comin’ For Ya (Love)’, which reached No.3.
Last month, the group released their latest single ‘Money’, off their forthcoming debut album Breathe and were scheduled to kick off their first North American tour in April. However, as COVID-19 progressed, the prospect of their tour became impossible and The Buckleys “virtual tour” was born.

In addition to their virtual tour, The Buckleys will also be premiering their 3-part documentary Meet The Buckleys, chronicling their musical journey that begins tonight, 3 April at 6:30 pm PST / 12:30 pm NSW (band’s local time) on the band’s official Youtube channel.
