Steve Earle & The Dukes, The Cult Announced For 2018 Ramblin’ Man Fair
Steve Earle & The Dukes and The Cult are set to headline the 2018 Ramblin’ Man Fair. This year’s event takes place on 30 June and 1 July and the event is sited at Mote Park in Maidstone, Kent.
The Cult, featuring Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy, are set to headline the festival’s main stage, while Steve Earle & The Dukes headline the Country Stage. This year’s line-up also includes special guests Halestorm and Blues Stage headliners Gov’t Mule. Also performing are former Marillion frontman Fish, Blackberry Smoke, GUN, Sons Of Apollo, Mostly Autumn, Chas’ N’ Dave, Von Hertzen Bros, Me & That Man, Jim Jones & The Righteous Min, Voyager, Goldray and Kris Barras Band. Many more names are yet to be announced.
Described by Classic Rock magazine as “the best new festival in Britain”, the much-acclaimed Ramblin’ Man – brought to you by The Spirit Of Rock – has a unique philosophy. It is a rock festival designed for rock fans by rock fans aiming to give their audience to ultimate festival experience.
Keen to celebrate classic and contemporary rock, progressive rock, blues and country, Ramblin’ Man Fair is located in Mote Park in Maidstone, Kent – close to London and easily accessible from continental Europe, and surrounded by beautiful English countryside. The festival also offers the very best in food and drink, including their own beer festival. Festival accommodation includes Glamping at the Ranch in Mote Park and Camping at The Mote. VIP facilities include a special bar with viewing platform.
This year’s Ramblin’ Man’s opening times are Saturday 30 June from 12pm to 11pm and Sunday 1 July from midday to 10.30pm. Glamping at the Ranch accommodation at Mote Park and Camping at The Mote will both open at midday on Friday, 29 June and close at midday on Monday 2 July.
