Sleep Token Release New Track, ‘Dark Signs’; Album ‘Sundowning’ Due In November
The enigmatic outfit have already sold-out both their London headline show at Camden Underworld and Manchester Academy 3.
Sleep Token have released a new track, ‘Dark Signs’, which is the fourth advance track to drop prior to the release of their debut album, Sundowning, which is due for release through Spinefarm Records on 21 November. You can check the song out below.
Starting with ‘The Night Does Not Belong To God’ on 21 June, the opening track on the album the band have been releasing songs as tasters from Sundowning. Two weeks back, they also released a track entitled ‘Levitate’.

The band have discussed the title of their forthcoming album in a press release: “Sundowning, or sundown syndrome, is a neurological phenomenon associated with increased confusion and restlessness in patients with delirium or some form of dementia. The term ‘sundowning’ was coined due to the timing of the patient’s confusion. For patients with sundowning syndrome, a multitude of behavioural problems begin to occur in the evening or while the sun is setting…”
