The February game was the NFL’s most-watched event in five years, with more than 103.4 million viewers tuned in for the 15-minute half-time show, featuring some of hip-hop’s most important names.

“In what many referred to as ‘the best Super Bowl halftime show’ of all time, the 2022 Super Bowl LVI show celebrated hip-hop, its pioneers and current stars, and of course the music of Los Angeles,” the item’s description reads on Heritage Auctions. “This leather Wilson ball is signed by Dre, Em, Mary J, Anderson .Paak and Kendrick in bold black ink. The autographs were acquired by our consignor at the Big Game and is one of the finest collectibles we’ve seen from the legendary show.” For more information, or to place a bid, visit Heritage Auctions’ official website.

The Super Bowl LVI halftime show featured a grand hip-hop medley, as Dr Dre and special guest Snoop Dogg kicked the show off with their 2000 collaboration, “The Next Episode.” Blige performed two of her biggest hits, “Family Affair” and “No More Drama.” Rapper 50 Cent made a surprise appearance for “In Da Club,” while Eminem brought Anderson .Paak to play the drums on “Lose Yourself.” As a grand finale, Dre and Snoop Dogg returned to close out the show with “Still D.R.E.”

Kendrick Lamar, meanwhile, has continued to build upon the momentum of the event (during which he performed one of his most iconic hits, “Alright,” off 2015’s To Pimp a Butterfly). Earlier this month, Lamar announced his long-awaited fifth studio album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, set for release on May 13.
