Reba McEntire Postpones US Arena Tour To Summer 2021
The move has been made “out of an abundance of caution” during the current pandemic situation.
Country staple Reba McEntire has announced the decision to reschedule her upcoming arena tour, which was due to start in July, to begin in the same month next year. The move has been made “out of an abundance of caution” during the current pandemic situation.
Reba Live In Concert 2021 will now start on 8 July next year in Evansville, IN and conclude on 14 August in Grand Rapids, MI. Along the way, the 13-date itinerary will include stops in Biloxi, Pittsburgh and Toledo. Tickets that had already been bought for the planned 2020 tour will be honoured for all dates. If fans can’t attend the new dates, they will receive an email explaining how to request a refund.
“I’ll be ready to go”
“I can’t wait to see everybody when we know it’s safe to gather again,” says McEntire. “We’ve worked so hard on this new show and I’ll be ready to go as soon as we get the green light!”
Yesterday (18), the superstar appeared on NBC’s TODAY and on Entertainment Tonight to promote the recently-released, updated music video for ‘What If.’ McEntire felt compelled to reissue the song, previously only a promotional single for her in 1997, to convey a message of hope and positivity for our times. The original video footage has been intercut with new, topical scenes and images.
