Priscilla Block Joins Keith Urban, Many More At ‘Team UMG’ CRS Event
Others playing the showcase event include Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Sam Hunt, and Little Big Town.
An impressive line-up of country talent will come together as part of Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2022 next week. Universal Music Group (UMG) Nashville has announced its Team UMG at the Ryman event, taking place at the famous Ryman Auditorium, and it’s a rich list drawn from the company’s current roster.
With doors opening at 11.30am and the show kicking off at midday, there will be performances by Dierks Bentley, Priscilla Block, Boy Named Banjo, Brothers Osborne, Jordan Davis, Sam Hunt, Little Big Town, Kylie Morgan, Jon Pardi, and Keith Urban.
Mike Dungan, Chairman/CEO of Universal Music Group Nashville, says: “A tradition as American as apple pie, we are so happy to be back together with all of you LIVE at the Ryman. An incredibly mediocre box lunch combined with the best music you will ever experience, we know you won’t want to miss it, and we cannot wait to see YOU!”
The company will provide shuttle buses from the Omni Nashville Hotel to the Ryman for CRS registrants, who also have the option of walking the few blocks from hotel to venue. The buses will run from 11am to 2.30pm, and attendees will, as Dungan says, be given a boxed lunch on arrival.
Block’s debut album Welcome To The Block Party was released last Friday (11) to great acclaim. She is nominated for New Female Artist Of The Year at the ACM Awards 2022, which take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on March 7. Today (17), Block will appear on The Kelly Clarkson Show to discuss the new album and to perform her single “My Bar.”
The day before the album release, Block premiered the music video for “My Bar” exclusively on CMT, CMT Music, CMT.com, and ViacomCBS Times Square Billboard.
