Paul McCartney Announces Expanded ‘Egypt Station II’ Reissue
‘Egypt Station – Explorer’s Edition’ includes the original album plus unreleased tracks, live performances and bonus songs.
Paul McCartney has unveiled an expanded version of his No.1 album Egypt Station that includes 10 extra songs including live performances, unreleased tracks and exclusive bonus cuts.
Egypt Station II –Explorer’s Edition, is set for release on 17 May, just before Macca kicks off the US portion of his ‘Freshen Up’ Tour, his first extended stateside run since the ‘One On One’ Tour in 2016.
Egypt Station – Explorer’s Edition includes the original album from 2018 plus a bonus disc that’s comprised of studio tracks including the surprise single ‘Get Enough’ to live performances captured during historic shows at Abbey Road Studios, The Cavern and New York’s Grand Central Station.
Three of the unreleased tracks consist of ‘Frank Sinatra’s Party’, ‘Sixty Second Street’ and an extended version of the album cut ‘Who Cares’, can also be found on the deluxe ‘Traveller’s Edition’ version of Egypt Station, that’s out on 10 May.
