Luke Bryan And Friends Go South Of The Border For Crash My Playa’s Fifth Fiesta
Bryan, Thomas Rhett and Luke Combs will headline the event at Riviera Maya in Mexico from 23-26 January.
The final artists have been confirmed for country superstar Luke Bryan’s fifth annual live extravaganza Crash My Playa, taking place at Riviera Maya, the section of coastline along the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, from 23-26 January.
The new names on the bill are DJ Rock, Jon Langston, Kendell Marvel, Mitchell Tenpenny and Travis Denning. Bryan himself will of course be among the headliners, as will his fellow major Nashville royalty Thomas Rhett and Luke Combs; other stars include Dustin Lynch, Lauren Alaina, Chris Janson and Jake Owen.
Since 2015, country fans from all over the world have congregated on the beaches of Riviera Maya, Mexico for the unique Crash My Playa event. Performers during the past four years have included Blake Shelton, Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Sam Hunt and Dustin Lynch. Last year’s event also starred Maren Morris, Brett Young and Cadillac Three among others.
Resorts offer bars, restaurants and daily activities, with the focal point of each evening being the beachfront concerts. Numerous other excursions and days out are available to purchase, including Jungle Maya, a day trip to the 13th century coastal town of Tulum (once a thriving trading center of the Mayan civilisation, and one of the most well-preserved archaeological sites in the Yucatan), a golf outing, Rio Secreto and Tamaczal Healing & Wellness. Select resorts also offer daily tequila and craft beer tastings, bowling, a surfing contest, yoga sessions, beach games and late night karaoke,
Guests fly into Cancun International Airport and are offered shuttle services between the airport, hotels and the venue. The host resort for this year’s festival, the Barceló Maya, is sold out, but the organisers say that there are still limited all-inclusive packages available at nearby tropical resorts.
