Luke Bryan Sets Rescheduled, Expanded ‘Proud To Be Right Here’ Tour
Dylan Scott, Caylee Hammack, and Runaway June, plus DJ Rock, will all guest on the twice-postponed tour.
Newly-crowned ACM Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan has followed that triumph by announcing that his expanded Proud To Be Right Here Tour will now begin on July 8 and run until October 16.
Dylan Scott, Caylee Hammack, and Runaway June, plus DJ Rock, will all guest on the twice-postponed tour, which opens in Syracuse, New York. The itinerary includes a Nashville date at the Bridgestone Arena on July 30, and finishes at Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA.
“There is nothing more gratifying about writing and recording music than getting to play it live for the fans,” says Bryan. “There’s several songs off my new album that I’ve never performed live. I can’t believe this moment is nearly here when we get to hop on the tour bus and roll into towns across America and get back to doing what we do best. What we live to do!”
The album in question, Born Here Live Here Die Here, was released in summer 2020, and a deluxe edition featuring six new songs came out on April 9. The record has so far produced four consecutive country airplay chart No.1s, in “Knockin’ Boots,” “What She Wants Tonight,” “One Margarita,” and “Down To One.”
New dates on the tour are available for presale to members of the star’s Nut House fan club from tomorrow (27) and on general sale from April 30. Bryan’s Crash My Playa 2022 event is already a sellout, recording the fastest sales in its seven-year history.
