Keith Urban Announces Australian Tour Dates For December 2021
The star will be promoting his new album, ‘The Speed Of Now Part 1’, which debuted atop the Billboard 200 as well as the Australian charts.
Keith Urban has announced an extensive Australian tour for 2021.
Following the September release of his 10th studio LP, The Speed Of Now Part 1, the country megastar has lined up 11 dates for his homecoming tour, kicking off in Newcastle on December 1 before stops in Sydney, Wollongong, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, then wrapping things up in the Gold Coast.
Urban said: “Releasing The Speed Of Now this year and seeing it embraced so quickly and so passionately, was truly phenomenal. But this album is built to play LIVE and waiting on that has been teeth grinding. I’m literally jonesing to get back on the road and do what we LOVE to do. C’MON 2021!”
The star released album The Speed of Now Part 1 in September which features collaborations with P!nk, Breland, Nile Rodgers and Eric Church. The album includes the global hit “One Too Many” and debuted at number one on the charts in Australia, the United States and Canada.
The dates mark the five-time ARIA and four-time Grammy Award winner’s first live shows down under in two years. Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time on December 8, with certain pre-sales open from noon tomorrow, December 2.
