The 10-album Buffett celebration spans three decades of the late folk hero’s career. Several out-of-print records from the ’70s and ’80s will return to vinyl for the first time in more than four decades, while three of his beloved ’90s albums make their vinyl debut.

The best-selling, platinum-certified Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Altitudes is considered Buffett’s breakthrough. The album contains his highest-charting solo single, “Margaritaville,” which captures Buffett’s laid-back tropical lifestyle and reached No. 8 on the Hot 100. Just a year later, Buffett shared Son of a Son of a Sailor which contains the hit songs “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Livingston Saturday Night,” and “Mañana.” “Cheeseburger in Paradise” reached No. 32 on the Hot 100 and envisions a delicious meal after “nearly seventy days” of meager eating.

Volcano continued Buffett’s late ’70s streak of classic records and peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard Top 200 and No. 13 on the Billboard Top Country Albums. The gold-certified collection features the beloved singles “Fins,” “Volcano,” and “Survive.” The album is titled after the then-dormant volcano looming over the island of Montserrat where Buffett recorded at George Martin’s AIR Studios. Finally, Buffett’s 19th studio album, Barometer Soup, reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and features the single “Mexico,” originally written by James Taylor.

July marks the arrival of reissues of A White Sport Coat and a Pink Crustacean (1973), Havana Daydreamin’ (1976), and Banana Wind (1996).

Those releases follow an initial trio of Buffett’s albums: Living and Dying in 3/4 Time (1973), One Particular Harbour (1983), and Fruitcakes (1994).
