Jay-Z, Dead & Company, Imagine Dragons, The Killers and Halsey will be headlining the Woodstock 50 festival producer Michael Lang announced at a press conference today.

The event will take place 16-18 August in Watkins Glen located in upstate New York and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original festival.

Other headliners include Chance the Rapper, Black Keys, Robert Plant and Miley Cyrus. Along with the eclectic list of headliners, many artists who played the original 1969 festival will also be performing including Dead and Company, Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman John Fogerty, Santana, John Sebastian, Country Joe Mcdonald, Canned Heat and Hot Tuna.

Tickets for Woodstock 50 are scheduled to go on sale 22 April, with full details on the festival’s website.

“It’ll be an eclectic bill,” Land told Rolling Stone in a recent interview. “It’ll be hip-hop and rock and some pop and some of the legacy bands from the original festival … I want it to be multi-generational. Woodstock ’94 was a nice mix of young and old and that’s kind of what we’re going for here.”

Along with some of the biggest names in rock and hip-hop, the festival will also include a number of popular singer-songwriters that align with the spirit of Woodstock including Courtney Barnett, Boygenius, Gary Clark, Maggie Rogers, Margo Price and Brandi Carlile.

Taking place at the original Woodstock location is the unaffiliated Bethel Woods Music and Culture Festival occurring the same weekend on 15-18 August. The coinciding anniversary festival will also feature a number of iconic acts including Ringo Starr, Edgar Winter Band, Santana and The Doobie Brothers.

While the rollout of the two events have caused some confusion, organizers are confident about what Woodstock 50 has in store.

“We are thrilled with all the excitement about Woodstock 50, but we have an obligation to our fans, artists and partners, to do things the right way,” Lang told Rolling Stone in an email statement. “We are in the final stages of laying the groundwork and can’t wait to stage this once-in-a-lifetime event. We’ll be officially announcing the line-up and ticket on-sale soon, stay tuned!”
