Go On Tour With Inhaler In New Video For ‘My Honest Face’
The video compiles footage from the band’s first shows this summer, including an incendiary Reading Festival set.
Inhaler has shared a new music video for “My Honest Face,” giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at their first run of shows this summer.
The song appeared on the Dublin band’s debut album, It Won’t Always Be Like This, which was released earlier this year.
In the video, which was shot by Lewis Evans and Ewan Ogden and directed by Douglas Hart and Antony Genn, the four-piece – comprised of Elijah Hewson, Robert Keating, Josh Jenkinson and Ryan McMahon – are seen playing in small venues across the UK and Ireland to packed crowds and storming their first appearance at Reading Festival. The footage also includes backstage shots in dressing rooms and on their tour bus.
“My Honest Face” was originally released in 2019, before being reworked while Inhaler was recording its debut album. That song alone has now racked up over 22 million combined streams.
When the hotly-tipped act topped the Official UK Albums Chart in July, they became the first Irish band to score a No.1 record on the chart with their debut album in 13 years. It Won’t Always Be Like This also became the fastest-selling debut album on vinyl by any band this century in its first week of release.
The band’s track “Totally,” which also appeared on their first album, is also one of the songs featured on the soundtrack for FIFA ’22, which was released today (October 1).
Inhaler is currently on a tour of the UK and will return to the road in Ireland in December, followed by dates in the US. Scroll down to see the tour dates in full.
