The event will stream on March 7. The annual event features musical performances and honors women who are shaping the music landscape.

“We could not be more excited to celebrate these inspiring and dynamic artists from around the world, as they move our culture forward and inspire women everywhere to push boundaries and pursue their own dreams,” Billboard’s editorial director, Hannah Karp, said in a statement. “With the talented Tracee Ellis Ross as our host, this year’s Billboard Women in Music Awards will be an unforgettable evening.”
It’s been an exciting time for Ice Spice. At the end of 2023, it was revealed that the “Munch” rapper earned multiple Grammy nods, including for Best Song Written for Visual Media. In that category, she earned the nomination for her song with Nicki Minaj from the Barbie Soundtrack, titled “Barbie World.” Ice is also nominated for Best New Artist.
Back in October, Spice teamed up with Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter Rema on the dreamy new song “Pretty Girl.”
“Haters super mad, we got them all livid/Thinking about my future, got you all in it/Shooting for the stars, the sky has no limit,” Ice raps over a glittering background, buoyed by an Afrobeat rhythm.
“Yeah, pretty girl, me no do kiss and tell,” Rema adds in his hook, reinforcing the wide-eyed, loved-up atmosphere of the track.
