Elton John Postpones Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour Until 2021
The renowned singer-songwriter has put his plans on hold as the US remains under lockdown in an attempt to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
Elton John has announced that all of his remaining ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road’ tour dates will be postponed until 2021. The renowned singer-songwriter is putting his touring plans on hold as the United States remains under lockdown in an attempt to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
A statement from the artist reads: “It is with deep regret that Elton John must postpone the remainder of his upcoming North American 2020 dates on his ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road’ tour…This tough decision has been made with the continued safety and well-being of his fans at a time when health services are under increased pressure and with the concern that these gatherings continue to risk accelerating the spread of the Coronavirus [COVID-19].”
Previously, it was announced that the shows from 26 March through to 2 May will be rescheduled for next year. Now, the rest of the dates are following suit.

So, you are going to just freeze our ticket money until after 2021 or whenever this tour begins anew? Simply and totally UNFAIR if not ILLEGAL. We need a Class Action Suit.
