Legendary Supremes leader and solo star Diana Ross is hitting the road in 2019. Following her headline-making birthday tribute at the 61st annual Grammy Awards, the iconic diva has announced a number of upcoming live performances.
To continue the celebration of her 75th birthday, Ms. Ross will take the stage at Radio City Music Hall in New York on June 22, in addition to this week’s three-night residency at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.
Other stops include shows in Catoosa, Oklahoma, New Orleans and Red Rocks Ampitheater in Morrison, Colorado. Tickets go on sale Friday and further information can be found at the artist’s official website.
The legendary singer recently celebrated her 75th birthday by gracing the stage at the 2019 Grammys for a diva-sized performance of ‘The Best Years of My Life’ and ‘Reach Out And Touch (Somebody’s Hand).’
She was first welcomed to the stage by 9-year-old grandson Raif-Henok Emmanuel Kendrick, who said his “grand-mommy” has “shown the world that nothing is beyond her reach.”
Ross then made her entrance in a flowing crimson gown, going on to explain her passion for music. “When I was a little girl, I felt the joy of singing. It made me happy and made my parents happy,” she told the audience before singing ‘The Best Years of My Life.’
