Crowded House Reschedule UK And European Tour Dates To 2022
The band’s UK and European jaunt is now slated to start June 5, 2022 for the first of three nights at the London Roundhouse.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Crowded House have become the latest major act to announce they are rescheduling their UK and European tour to 2022.
“For obvious reasons we are postponing our U.K./Europe tour to 2022,” reads a statement from the band. “Thanks everyone for being so understanding and staying strong through this crazy time. We cannot wait to be playing music for you all. What a cathartic time it will be.”

Unlike many global artists, Crowded House have been able to perform live recently. They are coming off a successful trek of New Zealand, featuring a touring party of founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour, along with producer and keyboardist Mitchell Froom, guitarist and singer Liam Finn and his younger brother, drummer Elroy Finn.
Produced by Live Nation, the 12-date ‘To The Island’ run was one of the first national treks by any act post-COVID.
Meanwhile, Finn and Co. are readying the release of their first new album in more than a decade, Dreamers Are Waiting. Due out June 4, the forthcoming LP features the previously-released tracks “To The Island” and “Whatever You Want.”
Dreamers Are Waiting is the follow up to 2010’s Intriguer, one of the band’s five titles to top the albums chart in Australia.
The band had teased new material back in October 2020 with the release of “Whatever You Want,” which will appear on the new album. The band recently revealed the new album’s lead single titled, “To the Island,” along with a new video for the track, directed by Neil Finn and Mark Simon Brown and shot in a variety of locations worldwide, including Los Angeles, New Zealand, and Ireland.
Crowded House was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2016, in recognition of a stellar career during which they’ve sold more than 10 million albums and collected 13 ARIA Awards.
Dreamers Are Waiting is out on June 4 and can be pre-ordered here.
