Country Hero Alan Jackson Announces 2019 US Tour Dates

Alan Jackson has announced his return to the road in 2019, with a new set of tour dates running through much of the year. The 16-time CMA Award-winning country superstar will kick off in Louisville, Kentucky on 25 January, with shows booked until September.

He’ll be accompanied at each show by either William Michael Morgan or Randy Houser. Mississippi-born Morgan is best known for his country smash ‘I Met A Girl,’ while Houser has scored with such tracks as ‘How Country Feels’ and ‘Runnin’ Outta Moonlight.’

Jackson’s longtime policy of giving new talent a platform will continue with brief performances at many of the shows by up-and-coming singer-songwriters who have played at AJ’s Good Time Bar, the honky-tonk that he owns in Nashville. Artists whose first big tours were with Jackson, before they went on to great success, include Brad Paisley, LeAnn Rimes, Sara Evans, Chris Young and, in more recent times, Jon Pardi and Lauren Alaina.
