Billie Eilish Reveals Artwork For Forthcoming Single ‘Everything I Wanted’
The new track is slated to arrive on this Wednesday, 13 November 13 at 4:00pm Pacific Time globally.
Billie Eilish shared the official artwork from her highly-anticipated single, ‘Everything I Wanted’ on social media today.
After announcing the new track was coming yesterday, the singer shared the oil-painting style artwork, a vast departure from the goth-style aesthetic from her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? that pictured the singer sporting ghoulish contacts and sitting in a dark bedroom.
The new track is slated to arrive on this Wednesday, 13 November 13 at 4:00pm Pacific Time globally.
Using a pastel palette, the single artwork looks like an abstract interpretation of bridge, quieting fan speculations that the new track would be a holiday song. While she’s hasn’t shared any audio snippets of the new track, she did post a video of herself listening to Afropop single ‘Agege’ by Nigerian artists and Zlatan.
The singer also recently recorded a live album on Wednesday, 6 October, at Jack White’s Third Man Records’ in Nashville, Tennessee. Along with her chief collaborator and brother Finneas, Eilish performed an acoustic, 11-song set that featured a mix of album cuts and previous hits including ‘Bad Guy’, ‘Ocean Eyes’, ‘Bury a Friend’ and ‘I Love You’
Finneas also confirmed that the duo are busy working on new music in an interview with Zane Lowe from last month.
“We’re deep into the creative process on new material for sure. She’s in a really good place.”
Along with producing hits for his Eilish and others (including Selena Gomez’s first No.1 song on Billboard Hot 100, ‘Lose You To Love Me’) Finneas also released his debut solo EP in October titled, Blood Harmony.
Amidst prepping for new music, Eilish also picked up an award for Female Artist of 2019 at the E! People’s Choice Awards. While she was unable to attend, the 17-year-old singer was nominated for four awards including Music Video of 2019 and Song of 2019 for ‘Bad Guy’, as well as Album of 2019 for her debut, losing out to Taylor Swift’s Lover.

How can you post an article about the album cover of Billie Eilish’s new single without crediting the artist? That person deserves credit for their work. How can any of this article be at all credible when the author doesn’t even think to include the name of the person who’s art they’re featuring? That’s ridiculous. His name is Jason Anderson.

The level of disrespect by not crediting the artist, especially in the age of AI, is mindblowing.
