Def Leppard Roar On New Live DVD
At the vanguard of New Wave Of British Heavy Metal bands in the late 70s, Def Leppard have remained one of the most dynamic rocks acts of the last four decades. On the back of their 2015 Billboard Rock Albums chart-topping self-titled album, they embarked on a 55-date 2016 summer US tour that saw them traverse the country, starting in Orlando, Florida, and winding up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Mid-way through, they touched down in Detroit, on 15 July, treating fans at the DTE Energy Music Theatre to one of their most explosive live shows ever. Captured for posterity, the concert is due for DVD+2CD release via Eagle Rock on 10 February as And There Will Be A Next Time… Live From Detroit. With a setlist featuring recent singles ‘Let’s Go’ and ‘Dangerous’ alongside classics ‘Pour Some Sugar On Me’ and ‘Animal’, it’s a raucous document of what happens when one of the finest rock acts on the planet pulls out all the stops.
The DVD is available for pre-order now, as part of a PledgeMusic drive that gives fans the chance to purchase exclusive merch and receive sneak peaks of some choice tracks, including ‘Dangerous’ and ‘Rock On’.
