“I’m so thrilled to have joined the Decca Publishing family”

“I’m so thrilled to have joined the Decca Publishing family,” said Isobel Waller-Bridge. “They have a fresh outlook to approaching music publishing and they are beyond creative. It’s a personal relationship and working together with the team has already produced exciting ideas. I’m proud to be partnered with them.”

Natasha Baldwin, EVP, Head of Decca Publishing, added, “Isobel Waller-Bridge is an extraordinary composer who is equally at home writing for an orchestra, a theatre, an haute-couture runway show, a Hollywood movie, or an album. She infuses every room she enters with infectious creative energy and her music attracts a wide range of fans across the globe. Isobel embodies the boldness and tenacity of the next generation of genre-defying composers that Decca Publishing represents, and we are extremely excited to be working alongside her as she moves forwards on her musical journey.”

“One of the UK’s most exciting young composers”

Isobel Waller-Bridge, described as, “One of the UK’s most exciting young composers,” by The Guardian, seamlessly blends classical, orchestral and experimental music with electronics into her distinctive style. She is also adept with choral music, featured in her dramatic score for Fleabag, the hit stage play-turned TV phenomenon which introduced her music to millions worldwide.

Her score for Autumn de Wilde’s directorial debut Emma, starring Anya Taylor-Joy in the title role, was inspired by the music of Mozart and Haydn, as well as the lively wit of Jane Austen’s eponymous matchmaker.
