Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Vinyl Box Sets To Be Released
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are to release two companion vinyl box sets featuring their entire studio albums. These box sets commemorate the 40th anniversary of the release of their multi-platinum self-titled debut album in 1976
The two box sets, the first set of 9 albums released via Universal Music Enterprises and the second set of 7 albums through Warner Bros. are in limited-edition box sets and pressed on 180-gram heavyweight black vinyl from archive masters with the original artwork featured on all the LPs.
Three-time Grammy Award-winner Tom Petty and has charted albums in the Top 5 on the Billboard Top 200 chart in each of his five decades as a recording artist. Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers debut album sold over 80 million records. Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002, and Petty will be honoured as the 2017 MusiCares Person of the Year on 10 February next year.
