Alesso and Zedd Among EDC Las Vegas’ 2022 Performers
The festival will take place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on May 20-22.
This morning, EDC Las Vegas announced their full lineup of artists, including Zedd, Alesso, DJ Snake, Porter Robinson, David Guetta, and more. After its return to Vegas last October, following postponements due to the pandemic, EDC will be held twice in the span of 12 months, which is a first for the electronic dance festival.
The three-day mega festival will be held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway during the weekend of May 20-22, 2022. While general admission passes are sold out and allotted the option of a waitlist, GA+ and other tiers are still available.
Along with its swift return to Sin City, the festival will host superstar producers/DJs Deadmau5 and Kaskade, as they debut their collaborative group, KX5. Fans can also look forward to other well-known acts including Dom Dolla, Eric Prydz, ILLENIUM, Armin Van Buuren, LP Giobbi, and A-Trak. Swedish DJ Alesso, meanwhile, has been in the limelight recently for his hit collaboration with Katy Perry, “When I’m Gone.” Upon its release, the single topped the U.S. Dance Shazam chart, and peaked in the top five of Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. In January, the duo offered a memorable performance of the song on Saturday Night Live.
Accompanied by the artists, EDC celebrates rave culture, art, and electronic dance music with three days of jam-packed performances by world-renowned DJs and producers with interactive art installations and carnival rides. Reigning as one of the biggest weekend music festivals in North America each year, EDC tends to draw thousands of fans from around the world to Las Vegas.
The Electric Daisy Carnival has increased in attendees since Insomniac Events debuted its flagship event in 1997. Organized by Pasquale Rotella, Insomniac Events has expanded EDC events like Electric Forest, Beyond Wonderland, Nocturnal Halloween, and Escape Halloween while continuing to host EDC Las Vegas and EDC Orlando.
