The festival takes place in Philadelphia on September 4 and 5.
Justin Bieber and Lil Baby are set to headline this summer’s 10th annual Made in America Festival over Labor Day weekend. Other headliners from the Jay-Z curated, Roc Nation-produced two-day event include Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion.
The festival in Philadelphia will take place on Sept. 4-5, and will also feature sets from Roddy Ricch, Bobby Shmurda, Baby Keem, Lil Durk, A$AP Ferg, Moneybagg Yo, Freddie Gibbs, Tinashe, Morray, 42 Dugg, EST Gee and more.
This year’s event will benefit the ACLU of Pennsylvania, with a portion of net proceeds also going to support The REFORM Alliance. The festival takes place on Benjamin Franklin Parkway in downtown Philly. Like all major events in 2020, Made in America took a year off during the COVID-19 pandemic, asking fans to hold on to their tickets for this year’s festival.
The 2019 Made In America festival featured headlining slots from Travis Scott and Cardi B, as well performances from Juice WRLD, James Blake, Kaskade, Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals, Kodak Black, Bazzi, Jorja Smith and Blueface, among others. Additional performers for the 2021 festival will be announced later.
The headlining announcement comes on the heels of a thrilling run for Lil Baby, who will be performing at Rolling Loud NY this October. Baby also recently dropped his collaborative LP with Lil Durk, The Voice Of The Heroes.
Before its release, The Voice Of The Heroes was one of the year’s most highly anticipated albums, with the Atlanta and Chicago rap giants teaming up for a project that features the likes of Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Young Thug, and Rod Wave.
Baby also recently dropped “We Win” with Kirk Franklin from the Space Jam: A New Legacy Official Soundtrack. The track has garnered widespread acclaim, debuting at No.1 on the Billboard Hot Gospel Songs chart. The success marked the 8th Hot Gospel Songs No.1 of Kirk Franklin’s career and the 1st for Lil Baby.
